I started going to New Image as a new patient June 2020 and have been very pleased with everything. I use my dental insurance and the front office staff are extremely knowledgeable and always help answer my questions. I’ve never had any billing issues or problems. I’ve seen both dentists and highly recommended either one, both were gentle, kind, funny, professional and did a thorough job on my teeth! April, my hygienist is seriously the best! She’s so gentle, careful, educated, sweet, does a spectacular job and makes my experience feel more like a spa visit and less like a dental visit. Overall I really like this office and the team there and recommend to anyone looking for a dentist office in the Vancouver area.

I was so happy to be treated so well! My teeth had been an embarrassment most of my life and I had been treated poorly at other dentists. This staff made me feel right at home I ended up with dentures and I am very happy with the experience. I am finally able to smile and be confident.

I loved my experience at New Image Cosmetic & Family Dentistry! The staff was wonderful- the hygienists and dentist were gentle, and I felt valued as a patient. I appreciated my dentist verbally walking-through each part of my exam, which made me feel comfortable and not anxious like I normally feel at the dentist. I would leave 6 stars if I could- I can't recommend them enough!
